We are excited to announce that the County of Santa Clara is transitioning to a new eSourcing platform, Biddingo. The County will no longer issue solicitations in Periscope effective March 14, 2025, as Periscope’s sourcing application retires on March 31, 2025. Bidding officially begins in the new eSourcing platform, Biddingo, on April 1, 2025.

Registration in Biddingo will open in March 2025 and the notification will be accompanied by a training schedule. More information will follow in the coming weeks and will include a registration guide and additional onboarding details.
