Vendor training schedule

Biddingo and County staff will host four webinar sessions reserved exclusively for County of Santa Clara vendors. These webinars are intended to provide vendors with support with the transition from Periscope to Biddingo. During these sessions, vendors will receive guidance on how to access electronic bid forms, how to navigate the eResponse portal, how to upload documents, and how to submit your responses.

Beginning Thursday, March 27, 2025, weekly 1-hour vendor support webinars are available on Thursdays from 12:00pm to 1:00pm. These support sessions are available to all vendors across the Biddingo network and are not specific to any one government agency. Register for a live webinar session hosted by Biddingo.

Biddingo FAQs

No action in Periscope (formerly known as BidSync) is required. You have the option to reach out to Periscope to disable your account. Please note the County will no longer issue solicitations in Periscope.

If you have an existing Biddingo account, you must complete the County’s vendor application for the County to be added to your profile. If you do not have an existing Biddingo account, you must register a new account through the County’s landing page. Your Periscope account will not be transferred over, new accounts must be created.

There are no fees to create an account or participate in a County of Santa Clara-issued solicitation.

It may. Please watch for an addendum to the solicitation with additional details. You may also reach out to the Procurement Officer before the response period is closed to see if there are any necessary actions prior to submitting your response.

If the response period closed before March 31, 2025, your bid or proposal will be received and downloaded by the Procurement Officer for further steps including evaluation and intent to award will be communicated via email. If you would like to submit bids on future solicitations, register in Biddingo with the County of Santa Clara.

Immediately register a Biddingo account, notify the Procurement Officer managing the vendor pool indicating you have an active Biddingo profile, and watch for communication from the Procurement Officer about future opportunities.
